I am an ordinary guy who wrote a book about my Dad to deal with my personal grief in a constructive and healthy manner.  I Miss My Dad was my attempt at sharing and connecting my feelings with you.  You are not alone dealing with the loss of your loved one.  Some days are better than others, but the memories last and that is what will get you through another day.

Grief is such an individual expression of loss.  I Miss My Dad... is my blueprint of how I dealt with my own grief process.  I hope it can serve as an example for others to express their grief in a healing manner.  When experiencing a major loss, such as losing a parent, there will always be a void.  The acknowledgement of this is, I believe, the final stage in the grieving process.
